Education faculty members Michelle Purdy, Nadirah Farah Foley, and Bronwyn Nichols Lodato, along with fellow A&S faculty Seanna Leath, and WUSM faculty members Kia Davis and Kelly Harris have been awarded a grant to fund their research entitled "Race, Education, and Place: Mapping the Non-Profit Landscape in the St. Louis Region." The Here & Next Spark Fund awards small grant dollars to spurn research activity, through proposal development efforts or early collaboration and team-building through pop-up initiatives during the summer months of 2024.
