Community Chat on the Gains, Losses, and Future Directions after the St. Louis Voluntary Desegregation Plan

Dr. Jerome E. Morris, the E. Desmond Lee Urban Education Endowed Professor at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, will lead a series of "Community Chats: Collaborative Conversation on Education" beginning on Tuesday, September 25th at 6:30pm at the St. Louis NAACP's offices at 4811 Delmar Blvd. He and his research team are aiming to engage the community in an important issue that has major implications for the education of Black students in the St. Louis region. At this meeting, his research team will share some of their findings from a two-year study that focuses on the gains, losses, and future directions of education in St. Louis after the St. Louis Voluntary Desegregation Plan ends. Light refreshments will be served.
